First walk for PQ leader

On the seventh day of the campaign, Parti Québécois (PQ) leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon finally delivered the first real walkabout in Quebec’s Saint-Jean-Baptiste district during the Rainbow Party.

If many passers-by recognize him, many search for his name. “He’s the man with the compound name of the PQ,” one man told his wife. “Yes, they made jokes about him on the show See you next week” replied his wife.

Surrounded by media, camera and some bodyguards, the leader turned many heads.
