Frances Castel chokes back tears as she tells Maripier Morin about her daughter

France Castel experienced a full range of emotions when she appeared at Maripierre Morin’s microphone.

Invited to participate in the latest episode of the podcast Seeds of Hope Through Maripier Morin and Angelo Rubino, the 77-year-old actress clearly tackles the theme of addictions, but mainly with the concept of “harsh honesty.”

Brightly, Castell captivated its guests with its delicious stories and its interventions full of knowledge.

However, she felt strong emotions when she had to talk about her daughter.

Twice during the interview in less than an hour, she had to hold back her voice, having recorded several albums in the 1970s.

First at 5:14 p.m., she held back her tears and stopped as she recalled the unpleasant memories that came back after her daughter’s birth.

Then, after 10:04 p.m., when she starts talking about her daughter, her mood changes completely.

“She also has serious problems. She doesn’t live here … but hey, everyone has their own way,” said Castel, who was too moved to mention the nature of the problems his daughter was going through.

The rest of the interview takes place without another moment of such intensity, but it is interesting given the pitfalls of Frans Castel.

“I’m working [encore] Because I want to represent my age group”, she said at the end. “I think it’s important that we exist.”

And there’s no denying it: she does it brilliantly.
