“Even though there are still clouds over our heads, the horizon is finally clearing,” he wrote in a Facebook post.

The Quebec Premier explained the possible reasons for deciding to prorogue the current parliamentary session.

“We should not claim success too soon. The virus is still there and people continue to end up in the hospital. But I believe the worst is behind us,” he explained.

“I decided to start a new session and make an opening speech in the National Assembly because, although we need to be careful, it’s time for all to turn together in the aftermath of the pandemic. It’s time to shape tomorrow’s Quebec,” added Franయిois Legalt.

The latter found that cubeseckers had to make many sacrifices throughout the epidemic.

“It represents very small and big sacrifices. We will continue to pull the weight on our backs. I know it will not always be easy. There are so many people around us. We must try to reduce tensions and take care of each other,” he admitted.

Franకోois Legalt concluded his message on Tuesday by stating that he was interested in sharing his opening speech with the Cubes.
