It’s time to start holiday shopping

Empty shelves and stocks may be common as the holiday approaches due to the global production and shipping crisis.

While merchants do everything they can to ensure receipt of their products, consumers have some surprises when they shop for Christmas.

“Almost a dozen months ago, the whole point of the collection became a major issue. And then with our teams, our franchisor and everyone else working hard, we reached a picture that was more than acceptable, which is really almost done,” explained Martin Boucher, chairman and CEO of Boucher Sports Group.

The latter they worked very hard to fill the shelves by the time the new store opened.

So to avoid getting entangled, many experts are advising consumers to start their holiday shopping right now.

The coming months may be difficult in terms of supply of goods, especially those related to the spread of COVID-19 due to rising delivery costs and production slowdown in some factories.

Martin Boucher is also planning to experience some problems next year.

“We look forward to the challenges that will be slightly higher by 2022,” he said.
