Jillian Michaels confirmed that she was infected with coronavirus several weeks ago from a close friend.
Fitness trainer Fox spoke to the business about the virus, where she discussed a home-based application.
“If you are afraid of COVID, you should not go to the gym. And I’m really the one who lowered my defense, I did not talk about it openly, and my very close friend gave me COVID several weeks ago, ”she shared.

“I was lucky to be healthy and I was able to get to the other side of it very quickly, but not everyone was lucky, as we know,” Michaels continued. “All I can tell you is that if you are afraid of getting COVID, the public gym is probably the place to get you.
“I like to tell you, but the reality is, I did my hair and makeup and literally lowered my guard for an hour with my best friends who got it,” Star said. “It’s so easy.”

Michaels said his friend did not know she had the virus when they met, and it took a few days after their meeting before the two of them found out they had it.
