The Chaudière-Appalaches Care Professionals Union blames their working conditions, condemning a severed relationship with the employer.

“Your ability to address the concerns of our members and the confidence of the organization is no longer there. “Many members report to us abuses of power on a daily basis, beyond questionable management choices, favoritism and intimidation,” we said in a July 27 letter to CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches.
