Tenants in nine Quebec cities pay an average of less than $1,000 for their rent, according to data provided by the organization.

As far as homeowners are concerned, 9 Quebec cities appear on the list of 15 Canadian cities where you should pay less for your mortgage.
Residents in Oakville, Ontario pay more for their mortgage or rent.
Tenants in Trois-Rivières spend the least on their rent at an average of $676 per month.
