People admitted to driving with an expired document because they could not renew their document online and get an appointment quickly.

A woman who met with TVA Novelles explained that she went there for the 4th time in a few days.

Another person who met on site with an appointment was told, after weeks of waiting, that the system wasn’t working.

“We are pushing back the meeting date. It is said that there are deadlines. Finally we have an appointment weeks later, you have to attend the appointment here, you are told the system is not working. The appointment was made by mistake and we are giving you another appointment,” said a disillusioned consumer who wants to renew his driving license.

He opined that the new measures will help the situation which is improving day by day.

“We are at 70% of the capacity we had before the transition. It is getting better and better. We had major problems in the first week. Major problems have been solved, but there will be minor problems which we will gradually solve,” he noted.
