Four new members have been added to the Sainte-Québec executive team.

Julie Boucher, Sonia Dugas, Patrick Thierry Grenier and Vincent Lehoulier have been appointed to the management team, the state-owned company announced in a press release on Wednesday.
Sonia Dugas, currently a partner at Deloitte, will serve as vice president of finance with more than 25 years of experience in the private and public sectors, particularly in the health network.
Vincent Lehoulier, former Associate Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Health from 2018 to 2022, became Vice President – Talent, Culture and Engagement.
Julie Boucher, who previously served on Hydro-Québec and TGF Via management committees, has been named Vice-President – Public Affairs and Communications.
Finally, Patrick Thierry Grenier will assume the position of CEO, Head of Legal Affairs and Governance Office. Since 2014, he has held many positions as a state administrator. Since 2023, he has served as Assistant Deputy Minister for Policies and Programs in the Ministry of Families.
The appointments were approved by Sainte-Québec's board of directors on July 12.
“I have great confidence in these new members of our management team, who bring the skills and perspectives necessary to achieve our goals,” said Genevieve Biron, president and CEO of Sainte-Québec.
