Simon Cowell has had daily physiotherapy sessions and is running 10,000 feet a day after recovering from his terrible bike crash earlier this year.
The TV star broke his back in a fatal accident and is recovering in Malibu, California with his girlfriend Lauren Silverman and son Eric.
He did not come out and in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, insiders told the New York Post ‘s Page Six gossip column that America’s Got Talent Judge’s injury would not lessen him.
“Simon has little or no visitors due to COVID, but he walks 10,000 feet a day and swims regularly,” they shared. “It turned out to be an ongoing joke for Lauren to continue with him.”
Simon celebrated his 61st birthday at home on Wednesday, October 7 and took calls from friends in the UK, according to his Paul and Britain’s Got Talent co – star Amanda Holden.
“He’s fine. I’ll be in touch with Lauren every week,” she shared. “His determination and determination to improve himself is inspiring.” Being with Lauren and Eric also inspires Amanda to focus on getting Simon back on his feet, Amanda said.
Simon broke his back in three places – and disengaged his spine and came within an inch of being paralyzed – tested his new high-powered e-bike back with his young son in August.
While recovering, he had to pull out of the recent seasons of America’s Got Talent and Britain’s Got Talent.
