Tropical cyclone Elsa: effects from the United States to Quebec

Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 8:32 AM – The fifth tropical storm of the year Elsa continues its path over US lands. Although it is expected to release large amounts of water to our neighbors in the south, its effects could extend as far as Quebec.


From Tuesday to Wednesday night, Elsa was reduced to a tropical cyclone phase. The system will make a landfall in northwest Florida early Wednesday morning.
