Unvaccinated, the French singer Jazz has been forced to cancel her next performances in Quebec due to the sanitary measures still in force in Canada.
“My dear Quebec cousins, I unfortunately could not come and honor my concerts in September due to the health measures still in force in Canada,” the singer wrote on her social networks.
It should be noted that foreign nationals who are not adequately vaccinated are prohibited from entering Canada. However, the singer has decided not to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
“Till then I didn’t take the position because I was contracted many times [la] Kovid, I do not need to write to you and above all I feel that this is not the right time to express myself. In addition, I was able to hold all the dates internationally since last March by showing my credentials (repeat the PCR test and isolation),” added Jazz, who went out of his way to try to have authorization to come to Canada, but to no avail.
“We are actively working with our team on site to announce the postponement dates to September 2023 soon”, concluded the event, which will finally take place in Saguenay, Quebec, Montreal and Trois-Rivières at the end of September.
