In the Muslim world, Asim al-Hakim was a star.

After publishing a photo of Rihanna and a Saudi millionaire kissing in 2017: “This photo is fake! Because if that is true, this Muslim will be considered an adulterer by Islam and will be punished with 100 lashes!

“Homosexuality is not natural and homosexuals are abnormal people who need to be treated. They are animals that seek only sexual satisfaction.

According to CIJA, an advisory center on Jewish and Israeli relations, the Islamist (who is on a pan-Canadian tour that takes him to Calgary, Toronto, Winnipeg, London and Victoria) will appear at the Rialto Theater on August 25. Park Avenue in Montreal.

The tour is organized by Nova Enterprise, a company specializing in Islamist “scholarly” lectures and “Islamist educational retreats”.

I imagine this hatemonger's words would not bring him any charges because they were uttered in a religious context (and thus, allowed by the Canadian Criminal Code, courtesy of the Liberal government that refused to withdraw this exception).

But don't despair, I'm sure the Quebec left will demonstrate loudly against the visit of this homophobic, misogynist and anti-Semitic imam.
