As we first told you … the Whitney hologram originally intended for “The Voice” was leaked last week and this is a newer and better version. Quality aside, it’s frustrating because Whitney’s estate did not approve the release.

Alky David, The man who designed the hologram, believed he had permission to use it Scott StarchOf diverse performance, and he did. David thought he was clear because he had previously worked on the Whitney hologram Back in 2016. It was canceled because she did not like the look of the estate.
When it is over, the estate tells David that he was wrong
According to Legal Docs – acquired by TMZ – the verdict signed in July 2018 ended the license agreement and Whitney’s estate re-contracted with David in 2015.
Therefore, the Whitney team emphasizes that David has no legal status to rebuild or re-brand the Whitney hologram.
We are told that David will be looking at the barrel of a major lawsuit if Team Whitney decides to go with him for violating that order. Knowledgeable sources tell us that the lawyers of the estate are still weighing their legal options.
