Deconfinition | Quebec is all green Monday

(Montreal) The whole of Quebec goes to the Green Alert level on Monday, which means more convenience across the province.

The favorable epidemiological situation and the vaccination rate of Quebecars allowed the Legal government to stay on course with the decontamination plan announced a few weeks ago.

Quebec reported 88 new daily COVID-19 cases on Friday and there were no new deaths from the pandemic.

As of Saturday, Quebec’s Ministry of Health and Social Services will no longer promote daily data on weekends and holidays to “give teams a break this summer”.

Many areas are already in the Green Zone, including ABTB-Temiscomming, Marisi – Center-du-Quebec, Sagune-Lock-Saint-Gene, Cote-Nord, Nord-du-Quebec, Gaspassi and Boss-Saint-Laurent.

All other areas currently in the Yellow Zone, such as Montreal and large areas such as Quebec, Chowder-Appalachచs and Laurentians, will follow by June 28th.

In private meetings, people who receive two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine are no longer required to wear a mask and can accommodate up to 3,500 people at public ceremonies, without an allocated seat.

The green level means that it is possible to collect 10 people (or those with three residences) inside a house and 20 house premises.

In bars and restaurants these are the same restrictions: 10 guests at a single table inside and 20 on the terrace.

In addition, restrictions on outdoor sports have been raised to 50 players and 50 spectators. Inside, 25 players can play the game with the encouragement of 25 spectators.

The maximum number of people in places of worship, including weddings and funerals, will be a maximum of 250 by Monday. However, the rules for receptions are strict: the limit of 25 people inside and 50 people outside must be respected.
