Two days before the start of his parliamentary term in Quebec, Kovid-19 turned positive for Liberal MP Moncef Derazi.
On Twitter, a Nelligon member said his daughter had been tested as a preventative measure after receiving a letter from the school recommending her screening.
“I have just received my COVID result (+). I will be in the administrative department,” he added.
Monsieur Derazi attended the Liberal Party of Quebec (PLQ) meeting in Orford last week. Vaccination passports are required from all participants through the hotel where the activity took place.
The party said Sunday that public health did not recommend testing everyone in attendance. The chef, Dominic Angled, was tested as a cure, even though she had no symptoms.
“A member of my team was double-vaccinated and tested positive for COVID, so I decided to get a preventive test,” she said on Twitter. The fight against COVID-19 is not over, just follow the instructions and get vaccinated. ”
