A list of “scandalous” demands from King Charles III

King Charles III lived like a prince all his life. Even before becoming an emperor, he lived like a king all his life and always had special demands and tastes.

He has also been dubbed the “Pampered Prince” by his staff at Clarence House, where he has lived with his wife, Queen Consort Camilla, since 2003.

Details of many of his demands were previously covered in the documentary ‘Serving the Royals: Inside the Firm’ and have come to light since he became king.

One of his former employees, Paul Burrell, who served as a butler to Queen Elizabeth and Princess Diana, revealed the specific instructions the staff received for his care: from ironing his shoelaces to putting toothpaste on her toothbrush.

The former butler claimed to have “done everything for himself”.

“His pajamas are ironed every morning, his shoelaces are ironed flat with an iron, the tub stopper is in a certain position and the temperature of the water in the half-filled tub is perfectly warm,” said Mr. Burrell.

King Charles III would go so far as to have his servants squeeze an inch of toothpaste onto his toothbrush every morning.

Her morning routine continues with breakfast.

“He had fresh homemade bread, a bowl of fresh fruit, fresh juices,” chef Graham Newbold, a former royal staffer, reports the New York Post.

“Wherever the prince goes in the world, the breakfast box goes with him. He has six types of honey, special mueslis, his dry fruits and anything special he likes a little.

He insisted on reheating his cheese and biscuits to a certain temperature at the end of the meal and asked his staff to keep a warming tray nearby, another employee told British media.

Raju also brings his own toilet seat on his travels, as well as Kleenex velvet toilet paper wherever he goes.
