Mr. Biden, speaking during a surprise visit to an ice cream parlor in the state of Oregon where Democrat Tina Kotek is campaigning for governor, said the file submitted by members of the investigative commission was “pretty much.”
“I think the evidence and the video is really overwhelming. And I do my best not to comment and see what happens. But it’s… I think it’s too much,” the US president told reporters.
