Cole Cofield wins again in overtime

For the second time in duels, Cole Cofield gave the Montreal Canadians victory in overtime. On Monday night at the Bell Center, the youth sensation allowed his team to win 3-2 over the Toronto Maple Leafs.

The first round pick (15th overall) in 2019 gave Queen City their third consecutive CH victory and third victory against the formation of Queen City in eight duels so far this season.

Last Saturday, against the Ottawa senators, Cofield also hit the mark in overtime. It was his first goal in the National League.

Against Leafs, No. 22 was able to play the hero thanks to Philip Donald. Kubeker created the tie in the third and final minute. CH played with six skaters while defeating center player goaltender Jack Campbell, who posted well at the mouth of the net.

Aston Matthews gave the visitors the lead in the second period. The first pick in the 2016 draft deflected a shot from Jake Muzzin. Mustache’s 39th feat this season and his 18th win in several games.

Tyler Tofoli was another scorer for Blue-Blank-Rouge. In the second period, Maverick took advantage of a clever pass from Nick Suzuki to score his 28th goal of the current campaign.

Taking advantage of the turnaround from Alexander Romonov and the traffic in front of the net from Jake Allen, Morgan was the first person to really move the ropes. The rear end was shot from the point where the CH cage went into the rear.
