A video of a DoorDash employee confronting a customer who falsely claimed he didn’t receive his order has gone viral.

In a video that has been viewed more than 2.3 million times, Tiktokeuse jadecharde

“That b**** Kirsten Dordash never got her food… I had to come back! And what is this?!”, she protested as the delivery customer stood in front of the door.

Then the employee frantically knocked on the door. When Kirsten reacts, she seems to escape.

“You said you didn’t get food at Doordash? They literally committed a breach on my account because the food was never delivered,” laments the employee.

The clash against company policy highlights the frustrations and challenges faced by delivery workers.

Internet users did not fail to give their explanation for the incident.

“If she was sleeping, how did she report that the package wasn’t delivered?”

“She’s trying to get a refund credit.”

“It’s not that deep. If the food is still out, she obviously doesn’t know it’s there and doesn’t bother to check.
