Kovid-19: 1,106 new cases in Quebec, 13 dead

Recent data on the evolution of COVID-19 show that in the last 24 hours, in Quebec, there were 1,106 new cases and 13 additional deaths.

• 1,106 new cases, a total of 343,794 infected;
• 321,667 recovered;
• 13 new deaths – but a total of 9 deaths were reported due to 4 deaths not attributed to COVID-19 – for a total of 10,869 deaths – namely:
• 3 deaths in last 24 hours,
• 7 deaths between April 17 and 22,
• 3 deaths before April 17,
• 662 hospitals, a decrease of 22 compared to the previous day;
• 181 in intensive care, an increase of 9 over the previous day;
• 40,928 samples taken on April 22nd.

Vaccine

• 83,628 doses were added, i.e. 82,080 doses in the last 24 hours and 1,548 doses before April 23, for a total of 2,763,535;
• A total of 3,066,969 doses were received;
• There is no overdose to receive this week since deliveries are complete.
