(Quebec) Quebec wants to create a Ministry of Cyber Security and Digital, but is already facing a labor shortage and is looking for 1000 computer scientists.
“Currently, in the state, we have more than 1000 unfilled positions, but it’s not just in cybersecurity, it is in total,” Digital Government Transformation Minister Eric Carer underlined at a press conference on Thursday.
Mr Khair presented his bill to create the Ministry of Cybersecurity and Digital, which he said was the first of its kind in North America.
