Zero-emission Lioness buses, five of which are optional, will be delivered to the Autocar Genoese Group by 2026, which has already ordered three Lioness buses and four LionM buses, all electric.

The company has announced that the Autocar Group will become the Lion Electric Service Center for the Sagune-Lock-Saint-Jean area in the process of expansion across the province.

“This is great news for the region as 39 100% electric buses will be added to Group Autocar Genoese Fleet‌ over the next five years,” said Lion President and Founder Mark Bedard.

“Thanks to this agreement, I am confident that all of our clients in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean area will be well served and Lion expertise will be available close to home,” Mr. Bédard said.

“We are proud to continue our transition to electrification and to transport Zero-emission transport by raising 100% electric Lion vehicles for children and adults,” said Stephen Lefebvre, Group Chairman and CEO. Jeannois Coach.

“We are honored to be the first Lion Electric Authorized Service Center and to be actively involved in the development of Quebec’s ecosystem,” he said.
