“My heart twisted when they told us on June 30. The lady who works for U-Hall told me over the phone that I had been told to get out of 40 trucks. We had to get out of it,” Roxanne Dufresne said.

She and her boyfriend made their reservations several months ago. The couple were finally able to move to their new home in Trois-Rivieres yesterday. They claim to have permanently terminated the American rental company.

Patrick Primau, president of U-Hall in eastern Quebec, agreed that “demand has exceeded supply in some areas” in the province.
