The United States gives full authority to the Pfizer Kovid vaccine

Washington, United States | The United States on Monday fully approved the Pfizer / BioMtech Alliance vaccine for people 16 and older, a U.S. regulator said, adding that the move could help strengthen vaccination efforts in the country.

The U.S. Medicines Agency, the FDA, has “approved the first vaccine against COVID-19” in the country, she said in a statement.

The Pfizer vaccine has been in effect since December. It will be available to children 12 to 15 years of age and adolescents under this conditional permit, the FDA said.

“Although millions have already been vaccinated against Kovid-19, for some, we have found that this authority gives them more confidence in the vaccine,” FDA Acting Chief Janet Woodcock said in a statement.

“Today’s significant milestone is one step closer for us to reverse the epidemic in the United States,” she added.

This full power not only convinces some people to shrink, but also allows some officers to be vaccinated without fear of legal asylum. The Pentagon has specifically announced that all members of the American Armed Forces should be vaccinated after declaring full authority.

“We analyzed hundreds of pages of scientific data and information” and “conducted our own analysis of safety and efficacy,” said Peter Marx, chief scientist at the FDA. He said the vaccine production process has also been verified, including factory visits.
