Three new cases of COVID-19 in Boss-Saint-Laurent

The Institute National de Santa Public du Quebec reported three new people with COVID-19 on June 5 in its Boss-Saint-Laurent territory. 33 new cases have been confirmed in the last seven days.

Two cases were added to the reports of MRC de Comaurasca and MRC des Basque. Note that the case “to be decided” on Friday is due to one of these two areas.

Health officials have now counted 56 active cases in Boss-Saint-Laurent, a statistic from the day before. The number of those admitted to the hospital is also stable at five. Three people are still in intensive care.

Since the outbreak, 3,925 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Boss-Saint-Laurent.

The Ministry of Health and Social Services reported 283 hospital admissions, a reduction of 24 compared to the day before, and a decrease of 3 compared to the day before, enrolling 64 people in intensive care.
