According to the complaint, the Duke of York was “one of the most powerful men”, having been a victim since 2000 and 16 years of age, “committed for sexual purposes” when she was 16 years old. For this, financier Jeffrey Epstein was charged and arrested before killing himself in a Manhattan prison in the summer of 2019.

Prince Andrew, who has previously denied the allegations, was charged in the complaint with “sexual harassment”.To me Gifrey, then younger, three times: Epstein in London, very close to Gisline Maxwell, and on business assets in New York and the Virgin Islands.

Prince Andrew, 61, has already “unequivocally” denied such allegations in an interview he considered dangerous for the BBC in “2019”, where he did not show the slightest sympathy for his friendship with Epstein or his victims.

He particularly questioned the authenticity of the high profile photo showing him with Virginia Giffrey, and in the wake of this, Jislan Maxwell, who is still in jail, will begin his trial on November 29 in New York.

Although he refused, his association with the American businessman caused him turmoil and forced him to retire from public life.
