Epstein case | The New York sexual harassment complaint was handed over to Prince Andrew

According to the documents, the complaint was presented to him on August 27, in his absence, at the Royal Home in Windsor, where Queen Elizabeth’s second son resides.

According to other documents contacted by the AFP, the first procedural hearing in which Prince Andrew was not required to appear in the embarrassing affair for the British royal family was scheduled for Monday.

Contacted by the AFP, Prince Andrew, known as Elizabeth II’s “favorite son”, declined to comment.

Virginia Giffrey, formerly publicly accused of being Duke of York, filed a lawsuit in federal court in Manhattan on August 9.

According to the complaint, the Duke of York was “one of the most powerful men”, having been a victim since 2000 and 16 years of age, “committed for sexual purposes” when she was 16 years old. For this, financier Jeffrey Epstein was charged and arrested before killing himself in a Manhattan prison in the summer of 2019.
