AcèsD will be re-accessed after the interruption

The AcèsD site, which allows millions of Desjardins customers to log into their online account, was down for a few hours on Monday morning.

When trying to connect, Internet users are entitled to an error message indicating “The page you are looking for was not found”. By dinner time everything was back to normal.

“AccèsD internet services are not available intermittently. Since the incident was discovered at 10am, our teams have been working to restore everything as soon as possible. The services will be available again soon, ”said spokesman Jean-Benoit Tarkotti.

Many internet users also resorted to social networks, some before 10am to express their frustration over this technical issue, the reason for which was not stated by Desjardins.

Alternatives are available, however, for Desjardins customers who need to access their account.

“For any urgent transaction, members and customers can contact 1-800-CAISSES or go to the cash desk so we can accompany them. It should be noted that mobile services are available with FaceID and TouchID, ”said Mr. Turcotti said.
