President Donald Trump’s widely criticized managing of the federal reduction exertion following Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico in 2017 was “the canary in the coal mine” foretelling how he would respond to the coronavirus pandemic, Chris Hayes mentioned Thursday.
