Quebec will announce cuts in health measures for cultural events on Thursday, but wearing masks will be extended in some areas.

However, these relaxations only apply to people who are immunocompromised and are required to submit their vaccination passport.
Theaters, sporting events and movie theaters are specifically targeted, confirming the source of the government.
Wearing a mask
However, the situation is very different in primary schools, which have become a major hub for the spread of COVID-19.
As of Monday, face masks are now mandatory on school buses for children ages 4 and 5 when in the presence of elementary school students.
During indoor physical education classes, when it is not possible to maintain a distance of two meters between students from 1st to 6th grade, wearing a mask is also required.
These additional measures targeted the four RCMs in Montreal, Laval, A Toys, Laurentides, Lanadier, Monteragi, Estri, Maurice, Center-du-Quebec and Chaudరేre-Appalachs.
