You must reach Adventure Rank 16 to play with friends in Jenshin Impact.
Once you have unlocked the ability to play with friends in GeneShaine Impact, you can add up to three companions from PS4, PC and mobile thanks to Crossplay.
To team up with colleagues on different platforms, visit friends in the menu and enter their UID number manually.
Friends on the same platform as you will be automatically listed.
