Julie Moss comes out of her musical retirement for Isabelle Boulay

France Beaudoin warned us : You don’t want to miss Live from the universe From this week. She wasn’t lying, because guest Isabelle Boulay was in for some big surprises, and so were we.

First, singer Dee Snyder of Twisted Sisters came in to sing “We’re Not Gonna Make It” with all the requisite gusto, before Isabelle Boulay’s utterly stunned gaze, as she rose from her seat and touched the singer. A true group.

Then, her son came to play a classical violin piece for his mother, who was visibly moved to tears.

Before seeing the special Julie Massey, she came out of a musical hiatus and performed two hits during that time: “C’est Zero” and “Billy”. In doing so, Julie Moss delivers a nostalgic thrill to all audiences who have stopped loving her.

Isabelle Boulay’s lover also took part in the performance, putting her deep voice on the piece her partner loved.

Other big names also appeared on the show, including Ingrid St-Pierre, Pilou, Patsy Gallant, who looked stunning in a velvet train dress, Steve Earle Live from New York and others.

This is truly a musical evening not to be missed. Thanks to France Beaudoin and her team for this important show, which acts like a real balm to the heart every Saturday.

We invite you to discover Isabelle Boulay’s new project here.
