Molson Site: The legacy of the former brewery site is preserved

The site of the former Molson Brewery in Montreal offers a blend of heritage and modernity to thriving neighborhoods.

The consortium, set up by Montoni, Groupe Sélection and Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, unveiled the outline of the 6 million-square-foot redevelopment project on Wednesday.

The first phase of the project will focus on enhancing the legacy and legacy of the Ile des Voltigers, the oldest part of the site, which will see the clock, the Molson symbol and the chimney as part of the project.

After the Ilot des Voltigers, the dismantling of the silos should begin soon, but the promoters forming the consortium are two silos, older than 1973, to be placed and improved in the development project.

“We are really proud to lay the first stone today for this major project, which is great news for Montreal and contributes to its vitality,” said Normand Belంగnger, FTQ President and CEO of Funds Immobilier de Solidarity.

“We make sure that this project is excellent and that it integrates the unique features of Montreal and Molson’s rich history,” said Real Bouklin, Founder President and CEO of Group Selection.

“It is a privilege for us to be involved in creating a new neighborhood that honors the heritage of the former Molson Brewery and its history,” Montoni President Dario Montoni added.
