After conclusive tests: Fizz expands its offering outside of Quebec

Digital mobile operator Fizz is expanding its offering to Canada after a successful “beta” phase outside of Quebec.

“Our teams are grateful to the thousands of beta testers who experienced Fizz for the first time outside of Quebec. These have influenced the development of our offering, our technology and our services to better serve Fizz to more people across Canada,” announced Pierre Karl Péladeau, President and CEO of Quebecor Management.

Four months ago, the 100% online telecommunications company launched its plans in several communities in Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia. New cities and regions will be added to the Fizz radar in the coming months, the company said in a press release on Wednesday.

Attractive introductory offer

As part of the launch, Fizz is offering plans starting at $14 per month, with subscriptions without renegotiations or expiration dates.

“Though the “beta” phase of Fizz's launch is over, beta testers will enjoy deeply discounted pricing for six months from the start of their subscription as a thank you for their valuable contributions,” added the business.

For greater accessibility, Fizz SIM cards are available online as well as distributed at select Circle K branches in Western Canadian sectors.
