Quebec Tramway: Judge Samson's decision is expected Thursday morning

It will be known at 10 a.m. Thursday whether preparatory work for the Quebec tramway will be suspended.

Justice Clément Samson of the Superior Court will deliver his decision in a case between the antitramway group Quebec and the City of Quebec at the time.

This decision relates to a request for an interim injunction whereby the plaintiffs – represented by the firm of M.e Guy Bertrand – Trying to stop the current preparatory works for the tramway. If this request is accepted, the work can be suspended for a period of 10 days (renewable).

Both sides heard their arguments during the hearing last Friday.
